Speaker Bios:

Christy Pruitt-Haynes

Christy regularly combines her 25 years of executive level Human Resources, Diversity, and Leadership Development expertise with a healthy dose of insightful strategy and results-focused resourcefulness to create innovative organizations and highly effective leaders.  Whether on a stage giving a TEDx talk or keynote to 1,000+ member audiences or sitting one on one with a CEO, Christy is able to add a fresh perspective to age old issues that lead to actionable “aha moments”.  As a regular contributor to Business Insider, The Harvard Business Review, and Fast Company, Christy balances her love of solving problems with the remarkable ability to convey complex ideas in a relatable way that leads to phenomenal results!

Rochelle Peterson-Ansari

Rochelle is a Master trainer, culturally competent curriculum designer and instructional coach,  performance and executive leadership coach.  She has designed course and training curriculum since 1992. Rochelle has spent 36 years in higher education both in administrative and academic roles; worked with youth, their families, non-profit agencies and led DEI initiatives integrated into STEM programs. Rochelle has been teaching and training pk-20+ pre-service and in-service educators consistently for the past 16 years. In addition to her work with educators and students, she has served as consultant and lead trainer for international grant-making and human rights organizations for 16 years. She has led DEI and other program development, capacity building, curriculum/training development, and partnerships with philanthropic vested partners. She gained her formal education at Bucknell University and University of Vermont.  Rochelle is a proud native New Yorker who has called Philadelphia, PA home for more than 25 years.


Rochelle brings a unique perspective to diversity, equity and inclusion across industries. She founded Perceptions Unlimited, LLC in 2005

Richard Leong

Richard Leong is a senior diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant and leadership development coach. He is an expert at using facilitation and strategy to help individuals and organizations drive change and build more inclusive workplaces. His work has been featured in Business Insider, Fortune, and multiple podcasts including the Nasdaq Venture Equity Project.

Andrea G. Tatum

Andrea is former marketing professional who turned her desire and passion for creating inclusive workplaces into her full-time DEI Consulting and Career Coaching business. She helps organizations understand root causes and build strategies for impact.

Andrea is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Interview Coach (CIC), Certified Digital Career Strategist, as well as a Certified DEI Facilitator.
